• Non-profit Accounting and Filing Team
  • We are looking for support in accounting and filing the annual paper work for 501(c)3 status. 
  • We prefer applicants who have experience doing this with 501(c)3 organizations.

• PR/Advertising Team
  • We are looking for seasoned professionals to solicit donations of goods and services from a targeted CEO marketing list through letters, e-mails and phone calls.

• Grant Writing/Prospecting Team
  • We are looking for seasoned grant writers to assist us in securing funding for filming and education development/curriculum.

• Development Team
  • We are looking for all areas of a team (from research to administrative support to project management) for targeting funding opportunities and working with a grant writing team.
  • The team will pursue fundraising opportunities with other non-profits, foundations and government grants.

• Corporate Relationship Building Team
  • We are looking for all areas of a team (from research to administrative support to project management) for networking with and targeting potential corporate funding and partnership for our project.
  • The team may either use their personal network and relationships or research and reach out to new opportunities, as preferred by each individual.

• Project Management Team
  • We are looking for an array of managers for many of our targeted project areas.

• Leadership Development
  • We are looking for a seasoned, skilled mentor (CEOs, consultants, executive leaders) to work with Eleanor on maximizing creativity and efficiency in developing and directing this project.
  • We are looking for seasoned, skilled leaders to consult to maximize the efficiency of our project managers.

• IT Software Team
  • We are looking for skilled IT professionals and web developers to further develop our interactive website.  The focus of this sight is to guide and support individuals to manage all areas of their personal health and wellness and life goals. 

• ·      Graphic Design & Illustration Team – Website
  • We are looking for creative, skilled individuals to effectively create visually enrolling and stimulating website graphics … so that images pop off the page and these graphics seamlessly guide users.  This material will be patented.

• Distribution List Development (Marketing Lists) Team
  • We are working to expand and bring this program across the nation.  To do this we will need to find sponsorship for traveling.
  • We are looking for a targeting marketing list with CEO email, physical address, and phone numbers for the following industries: Airlines, Hotels, Gas, Car Rentals, Car Manufacturers, Wardrobe/retail for filming, Exercise Equipment for testing & filming, Office Supplies & Equipment, Computers/LCD Projectors, Cell Phone/Internet Carriers, Insurance Companies (auto), Moving Trucks to pick up Donations, Storage for Donations.

• Donations Solicitation (perhaps sales or marketing background) Team
  • We are looking for skilled communicators to contact the above targeted marketing list to the find our needed donations.

• Support Team
  • We are looking for individuals who will work with both the program development team and the different project managers to ensure they have sufficient help to produce desired results.  In this role, individuals will work with all areas, providing temporary and/or extended support to fill in when other volunteers need support (sick, vacation, work/family conflict, etc.) so that projects may stay on target.

• Volunteer Management Coordination Team
  • We are looking for individuals to help e-mail, interview, screen and place potential volunteers.  We are also looking for individuals to provide support to those in direct contact with volunteers.

• Film Production/Editing Team
  • We are looking for all aspects of a film production team (pre-production, production, post-production) for our integrative health, wellness and life skills educational series.
  • We are seeking trained professionals to create demo/testing lessons so that we can provide demo reels along with our grant and funding requests.

• Graphic Design & Illustration Team – Written Curriculum
  • We are looking for creative individuals to effectively enhance our written curriculum to be visually enrolling and stimulating … so that lessons pop off the page and the graphics deepen the students' understanding and retention of the material.  This material will be patented.

• Patent Team
  • We are looking for experienced professionals to patent the graphically designed written curriculum and website.
  • We are also looking for individuals to provide needed research and support for the team.

• Strategic Planning with Performance Metrics Consultants and Team
  • We are looking for experienced leaders/consultants to consult us on how to best create performance strategies with timelines, defined goals, measurable results and final deliverables.

• Research Team
  • We are looking for dependable individuals to research various areas as we uncover needs, starting with helping to research more on various existing wellness and health websites and programs.

• Survey Team
  • We are looking for experienced individuals to build a survey for our users to evaluate the effectiveness of both our educational material personal health/wellness/life management and the results of users.

• Engineer, Builder, Furniture Maker/Designer Team
  • We are looking for experienced engineers and/or builders and/or furniture designers/makers to explore, create and deliver plans to build foldable Pilates equipment.  These designs are intended to be used as a vocational training program at schools.  Students will build and service Pilates equipments for the students at their schools to use as well as to sell to the public for fundraising for their school program.
